That's how many miles I logged in September. I started keeping better track of my runs on a spreadsheet a few months ago, and thought it would be fun to see what kind of mileage I'm doing each month.
I'm pretty proud of that little number.
Goals for October:
Mileage - 97 ( I have a taper week and Ragnar)
More strength training
More mileage on my bike
Gain speed for my half on 11.6.11
First ARR Social event!
