I must say...this cold cold weather has really thrown my schedule off. I no longer wake up at the ass crack of dawn to get my run in. In fact, I barely want to get out of bed in the mornings because it's still dark and cold.
Running all summer long really got me into a schedule that was impossible to break due to the HOT temperatures here in AZ. If I didn't run first thing, I either ran on the dreadmill, or not at all.
Enter Arizona Winters and my extremely flexible schedule.
I think I will run around 3:00 pm. Super awesome.
